Harry joined the IT & engineering team at Mathys & Squire following five years in private practice. He has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester and experience across a variety of technical areas such as optics, nanoparticles, immunotherapy, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, electronics, microarrays, medical devices and computer implemented technology.
Harry’s expertise include patent prosecution and intellectual property portfolio management in the UK, Europe and many other national and regional jurisdictions. Additionally, he is experienced in patent drafting, searching, litigation and design registrations and has worked across a variety of technical areas such as optics, nanoparticles, immunotherapy, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, electronics, microarrays, medical devices and computer implemented technology.
Harry has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Manchester. His final year project involved a proposal for the development and commercialisation of a novel graphene-based biosensor. His dissertation related to effective and prospective treatments for Parkinson’s disease. Harry also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
Harry has recent experience in conducting FTO analysis and the drafting and prosecution of patent applications at the EPO and UKIPO, in the fields of telecoms and medical devices.
