Annabelle is a Technical Assistant in Mathys & Squire’s IT & engineering team. She holds a first-class degree in physics and has experience working with cases relating to medical devices, electronic devices and computer software.
Expertise
Annabelle’s academic background has given her knowledge in a wide range of topics within physics including fields such as material physics, semiconductors, mechanics, and particle physics. She has enthusiasm to support and advise the UK’s startup and scaleup community.
Academic
Annabelle studied physics at University College London and Lancaster University. While studying, she gained expertise in condensed matter physics and atomic and molecular physics. As part of her master’s degree, she investigated the deterioration of copper alloy interconnects, particularly in grain boundary and triple junction structures, due to defects and impurities.
