UK patent attorney
Grace is an associate in Mathys & Squire’s IT & engineering team, specialising in electronics, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering inventions, as well as assisting in software applications and computer-related inventions.
Grace has experience working for a variety of specialisms within physics, and electronics & electrical engineering, including telecommunications, semiconductor technology, IoT devices, VR and AR devices, as well as medical devices and systems, and other computer-related inventions. She also has experience with preparing and filing Registered Designs for a wide variety of products in the UK, Europe and around the world.
Grace has a BSc Physics with Astronomy from University of Southampton. The degree covered a broad range of topics including thermodynamics, energy and matter, as well as health physics, with a particular focus on radiation, optics, absorption spectroscopy, and astronomy. The final year project focused on the motion of dark matter particles. As such, Grace specialises in electronics, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering inventions, as well as assisting in software applications and computer-related inventions.
