UK patent attorney
Bethany works in Mathys & Squire’s life sciences and chemistry team as an associate.
Bethany has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the UK and Europe, primarily working in the field of chemistry.
Bethany holds a master’s degree in Chemistry from Durham University, during which she undertook a research project in crystallography. She also obtained a PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College London in the area of biomedical imaging, with particular emphasis on the synthesis and characterisation of probes for ultrasound, MRI, PET and fluorescence imaging.
