Michael Stott came to the patent profession in 2008 from the pharmaceuticals industry, bringing his deep technical expertise in small molecule and medicinal chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals and FoodTech. He has extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution, global portfolio management, and freedom to operate and patent landscape assessments, working with a diverse range of clients, from startups to multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Peter Arch is a UK & European patent attorney who specialises in contentious inter partes proceedings at the EPO, working with clients to both defend their patents and oppose competitors’ patents. He has represented multinational companies at numerous EPO hearings, with a successful track record in both first instance and appeal proceedings. His work also covers patent drafting and prosecuting, and his technical expertise spans a range of pharmaceutical and chemical technologies.
