Partners Chris Hamer, Andreas Wietzke and Matthias Brittinger from our Patents team, and Partners Claire Breheny, Gary Johnston, Rebecca Tew and Harry Rowe, and Associate Emma Pallister, from our Trade Marks team will be attending the INTA Annual Meeting in London.
The Annual meeting of the International Trademark Association brings together more than 10,000 leading professionals in the IP industry, as well as business directors, government officials, judges, NGOs and solutions providers.
This year, the event is taking place in London, where our main office is located, offering the perfect opportunity to connect with our team. The INTA Annual Meeting is a renowned event which fosters fruitful global collaboration and enables attendees to be at the centre of important discussions surrounding the future of IP.
Our Trade Mark team, led by Head of Trade Marks Claire Breheny, boasts extensive experience and deep expertise in building a comprehensive brand strategy. They work with a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to startups, in markets as diverse as automotive, consumer goods, sports, food and drink, clothing, pharmaceuticals and technology.
Chris Hamer represents our Patent team; his practice areas include drafting and prosecution of global patent families, and opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO where has a successful track record having acted for international companies such as BP, Ineos and Novartis. Andreas Wietzke and Matthias Brittinger form part of our strong German contingent, based in our Munich office. Andreas has extensive experience in obtaining, defending and enforcing national and international patents, working in the fields of IT & Engineering. Matthias’ technical expertise lies in standard essential patents related to telecommunications, as well as the rapidly growing field of quantum.
