She has specialist expertise in food and beverage technologies, such as flavourings, coating compositions, food processing, alternative proteins and many more, and has managed the IP portfolios of numerous companies in this space. She has also made a number of media appearances, sharing her insights on IP in the food industry, such as on BBC Radio’s ‘The Food Chain: Trade Secrets’, as an expert guest for Adam Ragusea’s YouTube channel, discussing recipe ownership rights, and in Protein Production Technology International (PPTI)’s podcast, and has published articles across a number of industry publications, including New Food Magazine, The Journal of the Institute of Food Science & Technology and PPTI Magazine.
