She is an experienced and commercially focused European Patent Attorney with extensive expertise in life sciences, biotechnologies, and pharmaceuticals. Her experience spans a diverse range of technology areas, including neurosciences, oncology, and rare diseases.
Leveraging her blend of in-house and private practice experience, Danielle is adept at conducting due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions as well as licensing agreements. She provides tailored advice that helps clients effectively navigate the intricate interplay between patents, regulatory requirements, and clinical considerations, ensuring alignment with their business objectives for optimal market protection.

With a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, Danielle has a comprehensive understanding of the entire spectrum of drug developmentāfrom early-stage R&D through to late-stage commercialisation.
