Danny’s qualifications and work experience cover a broad range of electrical and electronic subjects.  Whilst completing his apprenticeship, Danny worked on a wide variety of electrical plant and power equipment.

At university, Danny’s research projects focussed on Very Large System Integration (VLSI) – in particular, the hardware design of an electrical and optical Network-on-chip (NoC) for high performance computers.

Academic

Danny completed an Electrical and Process Control Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship at a cement works during which time he achieved distinctions in the BTEC National and Higher National Certificates in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Danny then completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree at University College London, achieving first class honours. During his time at university, Danny worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant on the Digital Design course, and completed a 3 month placement at Imagination Technologies as a Hardware Design Engineer.
