Danny is a time-served Electrical and Process Control Engineer and holds a First Class Master of Engineering (MEng) Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree from University College London.  Danny’s work experience and qualifications cover a broad range of electrical and electronic subjects.

Danny works in our IT & engineering team, with a particular interest in and experience of electronics. Before joining Mathys & Squire, he worked as an undergraduate teaching assistant on the Digital Design course at University College London and completed a three month placement at Imagination Technologies as a Hardware Design Engineer. At university, Danny’s research projects focused on Very Large System Integration (VLSI) – in particular, the hardware design of an electrical and optical Network-on-chip (NoC) for high-performance computing.

Danny also has an interest in electrical and process control engineering, in which he has gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of electrical plant and power equipment whilst completing an Electrical and Process Control Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship at a cement works in Staffordshire.


Danny holds a first class master’s degree in Engineering (MEng) Electrical and Electronics from University College London.  

He also holds an Electrical and Process Control Engineering NVQ Level 3, a BTEC National Certificate (with distinction) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and a BTEC Higher National Certificate (with distinction) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
