We are seeking a suitably experienced IP Support Specialist within one of our Life Science groups, initially to provide direct maternity cover support to a mix of Partners and Associates (around 3-4) before settling into a permanent role with us. The role involves taking on key responsibilities for the Fee Earners, including helping to manage their caseloads and deadlines alongside client-related emails, drafting standard correspondence, preparing new filings and response uploads (using EPO OLF 1.0 & 2.0), managing WIP charges in Inprotech, and carrying out all standard monthly billing and e-billing requirements.
This is a full-time hybrid role based at our London office, and would be ideally suited to someone keen on taking up a proactive and challenging position working for qualified Fee-Earners within a collaborative group.
