The portfolio is made up of a healthy mix of technical areas, ranging from software – notably in the areas of high-performance computing, fin-tech and even cryptocurrency – to mechanical engineering. The varied client base means that you will enjoy a mix of work from prosecution and drafting through to contentious matters and litigation.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen at Mathys & Squire! We are looking to expand our Records team with a specialist Trade Marks Records Manager. This newly created position will offer the opportunity to mould and develop the trade mark records function and team. We are looking for someone that will be excited and energised in driving efficiency and operational procedures for the trade mark department, as well as providing training and development to the Trade Mark Records staff and the wider Records team. The role requires significant experience in trade mark formalities and ideally you will be CITMA qualified with at least 5 years’ experience in a formalities position which includes management responsibilities. Excellent communication skills a passion for trade marks and client service are all qualities we would expect the successful candidate to bring to the role, in return you can look forward to working alongside a supportive, friendly and collaborative team of trade mark professionals in a position to drive change and influence.
