Edd Cavanna has extensive expertise in patent drafting in the fields of quantum computing, software and mathematics. He has significant experience in drafting technologically complex patent applications and prosecuting them through to grant. More recently, Edd has advised a company in the quantum computing sector as it has grown from a start-up into an established SME.
Daniel Speed has considerable experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for complex technologies, including quantum computing, across multiple jurisdictions, including the UK, US and Europe. His expertise also includes navigating patentability exclusions relating to mathematical methods, abstract ideas and computer programs in these technical fields.
