The Quantum Technologies Showcase is an annual event which is designed to celebrate quantum science and technology commercialisation, and mark recent developments. The event organiser Innovate UK has joined forces with the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPRSC) and the UK National Quantum Technologies Programme (UKNQTP) to allow those with a stake in the UK quantum ecosystem to gain an exclusive insight into the industry and discover investment, partnership and commercialisation opportunities.
100 years since the birth of quantum mechanics, the industry of quantum technology is undergoing exciting advancements, getting increasingly closer to widespread adoption. It is important to recognise the transformative potential which innovation in this field has, as well as encourage innovation by ensuring inventors can protect their creations.
