The Intellectual Property Owners Association is a syndicate for IP professionals, advocating for accessible IP rights and providing valuable networking opportunities. Their annual Spring Summit is a one-day conference for mid to senior IP attorneys with a range of talks on legal and regulatory systems, patent litigation and portfolio management strategies, and recent IP developments, such as the G1/23 decision at the EPO. The event is designed to connect in-house and outside counsel expertise to improve client service.
Philippa Griffin is a qualified UK & European patent attorney with a robust background in prosecution, portfolio management and drafting. Her work involves the coordination and strategic management of complex global patent portfolios. She is also highly experienced in prosecution practice before the EPO, as well as offensive and defensive opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO.
