Patent Paralegal

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Patent Paralegal with a minimum of three years’ experience in EP/GB and international patent matters. Ideally, you will have strong experience in European grant and validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will take ownership of a varied and rewarding workload, including:

• Preparing and filing Rule 71(3) EPC responses;
• Managing European validations and coordinating with foreign associates;
• Liaising directly with clients and overseas attorneys;
• Drafting Powers of Attorney;
• Reporting grants and publications;
• Monitoring deadlines and maintaining accurate case records;
• Providing comprehensive support to attorneys across the patent lifecycle;
