This year’s theme, ‘The Exciting Evolution of Trade Marks,’ focuses on how trade marks are transforming as businesses and individuals experiment with the use of their brand. The event will explore a wide range of topical issues, from the protection of identity in light of the rise in AI-generated images to how Geographical Indication law is adapting to a changing world.
Claire Breheny is a qualified Senior UK Trade Mark Attorney, based in our Cambridge office, with 19 years of trade mark experience in private practice. She excels in developing and implementing long-term IP strategies for clients that align with their business objectives, and is highly experienced in searching, clearing, protection and enforcement work in a wide range of jurisdictions. Many of the brands she has worked with are household names. Emma Pallister is a UK Trade Mark Attorney based in our Manchester office, with 8 years of experience in private practice.
