The strength of a company’s IP strategy is often only properly tested when litigation looms, and in the current climate the threat of IP litigation will at one time or another likely become a reality for many companies. It is therefore important to make sure a formal and robust IP strategy is in place.
Mathys & Squire is hosting an interactive and thought-provoking seminar, followed by a panel discussion, where our IP experts will share their expertise on creating and implementing a robust IP strategy.
We will be joined by Michael Edenborough QC – a seasoned silk and IP barrister who has been in practice for over 25 years – with his many “war stories” demonstrating best practice (or how to avoid repeating the mistakes of others).
