Max Ziemann

Before joining Mathys & Squire, Max worked as an Intellectual Property Associate at Imperial Innovations, where he assisted with technology transfer and commercialisation of academic research in the field of healthcare.

Max’s PhD specialised in the design, synthesis and characterisation of novel nuclease inhibitors as potential treatments for osteoporosis. During his MSci, Max also worked on collaborative drug discovery projects with GlaxoSmithKline in the areas of fibrotic diseases and cancer.

Max holds a first class master’s degree in chemistry (MSci) and a PhD in medicinal chemistry, both from the University of Nottingham.
