Intangible asset/intellectual property audits are now offered to SMEs by the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) through a number of partners including, RTC North, Inventya, Newable, Scottish Enterprise, the Welsh Government, and the Enterprise Europe Network.

This programme allows SMEs to access financial support for a professional review of their intangible assets and intellectual property (IP). The review also provides a number of recommendations on intangible asset management and relevant information on IP strategy. The IP audit, which typically cost £3,000 (inc. VAT), is partially covered by a grant with the UK IPO (via its partners) providing £2,500, with the remaining £500 (the VAT portion) paid by the SME.

Our team of experts have undertaken many of these IP audits and are ready to assist any SMEs in connecting with the relevant partners.

If you are interested in availing of these IP audits largely funded by the UK IPO or would like more information, please feel free to get in touch with us!
