Rob has an Honours Degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and a Masters Degree in International Laws from The University of Nottingham.  He is also a qualified Trade Mark Attorney and a Member of The Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
 
Rob entered the trade marks profession in 1991 and has worked in-house for a multinational company, as well as spending many years in private practice servicing a diverse range of clients.  He has significant experience in all aspects of trade mark work, from assisting clients with the selection and protection of their marks through to matters of an enforcement nature.
 
He is also experienced in the registration and enforcement of Designs in the UK, the European Union and other overseas jurisdictions.  In addition, he is also well-versed in dealing with cases before the UK Trade Marks Registry and the Community Trade Marks Office, as well as liaising with attorneys in many other jurisdictions.
