Reduced translation costs for European patents

The London Agreement will finally enter into force on 1 May 2008 significantly reducing the translation costs for the validation of European patents. European patents granted on or after 1 May 2008 will benefit from significantly reduced translation costs when validated in countries which are party to the Agreement.
