Posy has an Honours Degree in Natural Sciences, and a Masters Degree in Chemistry, both from Cambridge University. Her fourth year research project focused on the synthesis of an analogue of thiamin (vitamin B1).
Posy joined Mathys & Squire in 2009, and qualified as a Registered Patent Attorney in 2011. She also has a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the Queen Mary University of London.
She has experience prosecuting patent applications in the fields of fuel additives, cell electrochemistry and food chemistry.
